A genuine 3K carbon fiber plate bonded into an anatomical comfort chassis. It stiffens the arch, controls midfoot torsion and returns energy on every push-off — without adding bulk to the shoe.

Every layer of the Carbon Core is specified for a measurable job — rigidity, weight, comfort or hygiene — and validated on the bench before it goes into production.
Autoclave-cured 3K carbon fiber with epoxy resin delivers Class III rigidity at a fraction of the weight of steel or TPU shanks.
Only 1.2 mm at the plate and 32 g per pair. Adds performance without changing the fit or volume of your footwear.
Rated at 18 N·m/rad, the plate bridges the heel and forefoot to stop excessive midfoot twist on hard cuts and sprints.
Stores load at heel strike and releases it at toe-off, measured at 92% energy return for a snappier, less fatiguing stride.
A deep thermoplastic heel cradle locks the calcaneus in place, improving alignment and reducing heel slip inside the shoe.
Moisture-wicking top cloth with silver-ion treatment keeps the foot cool and odour-free through long training sessions.
The plate alone is not the product. It is the way the plate is bonded, cradled and cushioned that decides how the insole feels after 20 kilometres.

Warp-knitted polyester with silver-ion antibacterial finish. Moves sweat away from the plantar surface and resists odour build-up.
Dual-density EVA shaped to the medial arch. Absorbs impact at heel strike while keeping the metatarsal area responsive.
The structural core. Autoclave-cured 3K twill carbon fibre bonded with high-temperature epoxy, spanning heel to forefoot for rigidity and energy return.
A thermoplastic cradle wrapping the heel and midfoot. Controls rearfoot roll and keeps the plate correctly seated under load.
High-friction non-woven backing that grips the shoe lining so the insole stays exactly where you placed it.
Values below are measured on production tooling, not laboratory one-offs. Full test reports are available for sampling and bulk orders.
One plate, tuned into multiple rigidity grades. We match the layup to the movement pattern of the sport rather than forcing a single stiffness on every category.
Stiffens the shoe sole so more pedal force reaches the crank instead of being absorbed by foam.
Cuts midfoot twist on long road efforts and keeps the arch supported when the legs fatigue late in the race.
Spreads pressure over sharp rock and root, protecting the plantar fascia on long descents with a loaded pack.
Basketball, tennis and volleyball players get a stable platform for hard lateral cuts and repeated landings.
Fits low-profile boots without altering cleat fit, adding stiffness for acceleration and kicking power.
A stable, non-compressible base for squats, box jumps and sled work where soft cushioning works against you.
We are a supply-chain partner, not just a factory. The Carbon Core is produced on the same eight lines and 5,000 m² floor that serve our global brand clients.
Send us the shoe last, target rigidity, thickness limits and retail price band. We advise on layup, materials and tooling.
CNC-cut carbon plies are laid, autoclave-cured and bonded to the comfort chassis. First functional samples ship inside ten days.
Three-point bending, torsion, compression fatigue and perspiration resistance testing, with signed reports for your files.
Eight production lines, 5,000 m² of floor space and 100% rigidity sampling on every batch before it leaves the factory.
If your question is not here, message us directly — our engineers answer technical queries within one working day.
Yes. The core is a 3K twill carbon fiber laminate cured with high-temperature epoxy under autoclave pressure. It is not a printed film or a decorative overlay, and we can provide the material certificate with every bulk order.
The complete build is 3.8 mm at the forefoot, which fits most sports and lifestyle shoes without changing your size. For very low-volume racing flats we also offer a 2.6 mm slim version with the same plate rigidity.
Every pair carries printed trim guides from EU 35 to EU 46. Cut along the guide with standard scissors — the carbon plate stops short of the toe area, so the trim is always made through comfort material only.
The minimum is 500 pairs per size run, and sizes can be mixed within that run. For a first project we can split the run across up to four sizes at no extra cost.
Standard samples ship in 7–10 days after the brief is confirmed. If you need a custom last or a specific rigidity grade, allow 12–15 days including one round of revision.
Absolutely. We print or emboss your logo on the top cloth, produce custom woven labels, and pack to your retail specification — poly bag, printed box or FSC-certified carton.
